Mark Mammino, Chair
Based in Childers, Mark is a third-generation cane farmer who operates the family farming company MDM Farms Pty Ltd with his wife Deran. Mark is the Chairman of CANEGROWERS Isis, Senior Vice Chair Queensland CANEGROWERS and Chairman of SunWater’s Bundaberg Irrigation Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Queensland Canegrowers Board, Isis Productivity Ltd Board, the Isis Landcare Group and various other industry management committees.

Peter McLennan, Director
Based in Wallaville, Peter is a Sugarcane and Macadamia farmer who also grows various other crops. Peter operates the family farm with his wife Leanne and parents Gavan and Jenny. Peter is the Chairman of Central Harvesting Pty Ltd, Deputy Chair of CANEGROWERS Isis Ltd and a Director of Isis Productivity Limited. He serves on the Sugar Research Australia Southern Region Variety Committee management and is the Queensland Sugar Limited grower delegate for the Isis district. Peter is also a member of SunWater’s Bundaberg Irrigation Advisory Committee.

Dean Cayley, Director
Dean is a third-generation farmer from the Alloway area of Bundaberg, Queensland. He is married to Silvana with two children - Ella and Jack - and holds a Diploma in Tropical Agriculture at the Burdekin Ag College. The 150ha Cayley family farm produces sugarcane in rotation with peanuts as well as soybeans and potatoes.
Dean also holds directorships at Bundaberg CANEGROWERS, Bundaberg Ag Food and Fibre Alliance, Peanut Company of Australia and the Grain in Cane Co-operative where he works towards better outcomes for growers in areas such as energy tariffs and sustainable farming.

Dale Holliss, Executive Director
Based in Woongarra, Dale grows native flowers and foliage. Dale is a Director of Bundaberg Regional Irrigators Group and is a member of the Energy Queensland Customer Council. He serves on SunWater’s Bundaberg Irrigation Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the QFF Water and Energy policy committee and is QFF’s nominated representative on the Queensland Competition Authority Customer Advisory Committee.

Tanya Howard, Company Secretary
Tanya has been employed by Bundaberg CANEGROWERS for the past 20 years and oversees the financial, accounting and administrative matters of Bundaberg CANEGROWERS Ltd, Bundaberg Sugar Services Limited, Bundaberg Regional Irrigators Group, Grain in Cane Cooperative and Bundaberg Ag-Food and Fibre Alliance Ltd. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Accounting, is a registered BAS Agent, Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and is a Commissioner for Declarations.
